Boat Slip & PWC Port Rental Fees
Starting 01-01-2027 the following annual rental rates apply for boat slips and personal watercraft (PWC/Sea-Doo) ports.

| Open Boat Slip (Full) | $1500.00 |
| Covered Boat Slip | $ 2000.00 |
| Open Slip with Sea Doo Ports | $1200.00 per port |
| Covered Boat Slips with Sea Doo Ports | $1500.00 per port |
Fees are billed annually. Slip and port assignments are managed through the HOA.
