We are scheduled to have the parking lot resealed and striped next Monday the 5th through Wednesday the 7th. Please make arrangements to have your vehicles moved from the parking lot for this time. Please let us know if you have any issues with this so we can make arrangements.

I feel most folks know why the grilling deck at 204 has been largely ignored to date. Currently there is litigation that keeps us from addressing the condition of the deck. We are asking that homeowners cease from using the deck, because it is in disrepair and could be dangerous. Once this matter is behind us, and the courts rule in our favor, we will immediately address the degradation that has occurred and will let everyone know when it can be used again.
