Rodent droppings

We left July 6th and returned on July 12th to find rodent droppings on our sectional in the living area directly under the ceiling AC vent. After looking through the entire condo this is the only place we found them. Please advise as to when and how this will be remedied. Also, we did not receive July 11th's email from Don. Once told about it we watched the video on the website. Please check as to why this is still happening.
